Inspect your packages thoroughly RIGHT AWAY.
Inspections
should be done within 48 hours of Delivery to insure the
proper handling of your claim!
Do not assume the items are undamaged because
the box is undamaged.
If you receive your product and it appears
to be Damaged or if you discover any Damage while the driver
is there.
YOU SHOULD MARK SUCH DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT
AND/OR BILL OF LANDING WITH THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER MUST
WRITE DOWN NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE, THAT THE ITEMS ARE
BEING ACCEPTED, BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED.
If your item was shipped
via Common Carrier or Truck Line, call the Local Terminal
to report the Damage.

Give them the Pro Number or Delivery
Receipt Number. This can be found on on the Delivery
Receipt. Arrange for Inspection or Pick UP.

person's name and any instructions they gave you.

Report to Southern Home Comforts.
Then, Report
Damage to Southern Home Comforts.
We will Ship you a Replacement right away an Handle the
Claim with the Carrier after the initial Reporting.
