Inspections
should be done within 48 hours of Delivery to insure
the proper handling of your claim!
Do Not Assume the Items
are Undamaged because the Box is Undamaged.
If you receive your product and it
appears to be Damaged or if you discover any Damage
while the driver is there........
YOU SHOULD MARK SUCH DAMAGE ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT
AND/OR BILL OF LANDING WITH THE DRIVER. THE DRIVER MUST
WRITE DOWN NEXT TO YOUR SIGNATURE, THAT THE ITEMS ARE
BEING ACCEPTED, BUT THEY ARE DAMAGED.

located on the box and arrange for Inspection or Pick
Up.

person's name and any instructions they gave you.

Report to Southern Home Comforts.
Then, Report
Damage to Southern Home Comforts.
We will Ship you a Replacement
right away and Handle any Claim
with the Carrier After the initial
Reporting.
